HR Selector is designed to integrate with third-party resources allowing the recruiter to use the most appropriate method for sourcing new talent whether that be the recruiting organization's own website, one of the major global online job board resources, a local recruitment company or a recruitment agency.
HR Selector allows the recruiter to manage the sourcing process by creating job adverts that contain a tailored tracked link. Each job advert with its unique link can be sent or posted on third-party job boards and will then automatically funnel the applicants into the HR Selector's recruitment process.
The links used by each source will provide the recruiter with metrics allowing them to determine the most efficient sourcing method.
Recruitment fees can influence hiring decisions so throughout the selection process the recruiters are kept informed of any known recruitment fees associated to each of the applicants.
