By advancing suitable candidates to the shortlisting phase of a campaign the campaign can be configured to automatically trigger further requests to the candidate to ask them to provide additional documentation, answer further questionnaires or complete additional forms.
HR Selector allows the recruiter to configure their campaigns to only request from the applicants information that is necessary and relevant in order to justify that the recruitment process is worth continuing.
For example, when first applying for a vacancy a candidate can be asked if they are entitled to seek work. Those that answer positively can then be considered for shortlisting but only when shortlisted will they be asked to provide the necessary documentation that they are relying on in order to prove their entitlement to work.
