Applicants that successfully negotiate the interview stage can be advanced to the offer stage.

As with the previous phase advancements, advancing to the offer stage can automatically trigger requests to the applicant for more documentation or to provide more information.

As part of the offer stage the applicant can be requested to provide references. If references are requested HR Selector will automate the reference process by requesting those that are prepared to provide a reference to complete a questionnaire.

HR Selector manages the reference process, allowing the recruiter to assess the received references and to mark them as acceptable or otherwise.
